Shipping & Returns


SHIPPING

Orders at scandinucci are shipped via UPS ground service. Shipping times for orders are based on processing time plus shipping time. We are not liable for any delay in delivery.

Free Los Angeles Area Pick-Up:
If you’re in the Los Angeles area and you’d like to get your order in person at our distribution location please email orders@scandinucci.com, for pick-up hours. There is no additional charge for pick-up in Los Angeles.

How Long Will It Take?
Scandinucci orders will be processed within 2 to 3* business days from the "order date",** and should arrive 5 to 9 business days from the order "process date" (the day we ship your product and charge your credit card).

For rush deliveries:
• 3 day select should arrive within 3* business days from the process (shipping) date.
• 2nd day express delivery should arrive within 2* business days from the process (shipping) date.

*Note: Processing and shipping time may be delayed if items are backordered
**Note: The order date will be the next business day for orders received on a weekend or public holiday, or on or after 3PM PT/6PM ET on a business day



For larger, bulkier items such as car seats and strollers, there may be an additional overweight handling surcharge to cover extra shipping costs. Such charges can be shown at the "estimate shipping" button at the shopping cart page, and are clearly noted during checkout and prior to confirmation of your purchase(s).

What if I only get part of my order?
Items ordered together may not necessarily ship together. For large quantity orders, we reserve the right to deliver the order in multiple packages. This will not affect your shipping charges and your credit card will not be charged for any product that has not yet shipped. You will be notified by e-mail or phone if there are any delays in shipping.

Order Status:
When your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation that will include your UPS tracking number. To find out the status of your order once it has been shipped, please visit www.ups.com and enter your tracking number.

If you have misplaced your tracking number, or believe that there may be problems with your shipment please e-mail us at info@scandinucci.com.

Scandinucci customer service help is available Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. PT. If you send us an e-mail, a customer service representative will follow up with you within two business days.

Stock Availabilty:
If your selected style is out of stock or back ordered, we will notify you and handle the case as merchandise comes into stock. If you wish to cancel an out of stock or backordered item, you may amend your order by emailing us at orders@scandinucci.com within two business days.

In the rare occurrence that the product you require is out of stock permanently, we will notify you by email. If we do not receive an order amendment from you through email at orders@scandinucci.com within five working days (not including Saturday, Sunday and public holidays) after our notification, we will deliver the available merchandise only, and will refund the purchase price and shipping charges of the unavailable merchandise.

Order Cancellations:
You may cancel your order from our regular inventory at the regular price, so long as we receive the cancelation before order process date (shipping date), by emailing us at orders@scandinucci.com. On or after the process date, if you chose to cancel or refuse the order for any reason, product shipping charges will not be refunded. Under the above circumstances, scandinucci reserves the right to claim the original shipping difference of an order with special shipping offers.

Do you ship outside the United States?
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship internationally at this time. We also are unable to ship to Puerto Rico.

Can you ship to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address?
Unfortunately, we cannot. Our shipping partner is UPS so orders can’t be shipped to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address. Please provide a valid postal address during checkout.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns:
We hope you are thrilled with your scandinucci purchase. But, if for any reason* you aren’t satisfied with your order from our regular inventory at the regular price, you can obtain a refund or exchange for unused scandinucci merchandise within 30 days (including Saturday, Sunday and public holidays) from the order process date. All returns must comply with the terms of this document and also meet the following four additional criteria in order for us process your refund or exchange:

1. Within the 30 day period, you must have obtained a separate RMA (return merchandise authorization) number from scandinucci for each item before you return it, indicating scandinucci's preliminary determination that the return is your appropriate remedy and also indicating your choice of refund or exchange.

2. The item must be accompanied by that RMA number and by the original (or a legible copy of the) receipt or shipping invoice.

3. Each returned item must be unused and wrapped carefully including original packaging (with tags).

4. Scandinucci must receive the item and such documentation postage prepaid (no CODs), addressed as follows:

Returns will be credited using the same tender the purchase was made. (refunds and merchandise exhange credits are issued for merchandise prices only and are less any shipping* and handling, gift wrap or special order charges which may apply)


*Strollers, Car Seats, and Feeding products cannot be returned or exchanged unless the reason is that you and scandinucci mutually agree there to be a material breach of your purchase contract. For example, if you have received such an item that is defective or missing parts and it is within 30 days of the purchase date, please refer to our customer service line or email us: orders@scandinucci.com. We will gladly replace such faulty products. On the other hand, if more than 30 days have passed since your purchase and you are experiencing difficulties with your car seat, stroller, or feeding product, or need replacement parts, please contact the manufacturer directly. Do not return it to scandinucci. All sale and special order purchases are final; no refunds or credits are available.

Scandinucci reserves the right to refuse a return based on product condition.
